Welcome to latinfestivaleaston.com (the "Site"), the official website of Latin Festival Easton 2026. The Site is operated by MARMA LLC, doing business as Black & Blue, of Easton, Pennsylvania ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The Site Is Informational Only

The Site exists to share information about Latin Festival Easton 2026, a free community festival taking place on Sunday, September 20, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Riverside Park, Downtown Easton, PA 18042. Admission to the festival is free and open to the public. We do not sell tickets, merchandise, or anything else through the Site, and no payments are taken on the Site.

2. Event Information May Change

We work hard to keep the Site accurate, but festival details can change. The schedule, performer lineup, vendors, activities, and other details published on the Site are subject to change without notice. The festival is planned rain or shine; however, we may modify, delay, relocate, or cancel all or part of the event when weather, safety, or other circumstances require it. Check the Site or our Instagram, @latinfesteaston, for the latest information before attending.

3. Vendor Applications

The Site includes a vendor application form. Submitting an application is exactly that: an application. It is not a contract, a reservation, or a guarantee of a booth or of participation in the festival. Acceptance of any vendor is at the sole discretion of the festival organizer. If your application is accepted, any vendor agreement will be made separately and directly with the organizer.

4. Acceptable Use of Our Forms

The Site offers a newsletter signup form and a vendor application form. When you use them, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful information about yourself or your business.
• Not submit spam, bulk submissions, or automated entries.
• Not impersonate any person or business, and not submit someone else's information without their permission.

We may ignore, delete, or reject any submission that violates these rules, and we may restrict access to the Site's forms.

5. Intellectual Property

The content of the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and layout, along with the Latin Festival Easton name and branding and the Black & Blue brand, is owned by or licensed to MARMA LLC and is protected by law. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, or use the Site's content or the festival's branding for commercial purposes without our written permission.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as an embedded Google Maps view and links to social media or to sponsor and vendor websites. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided free of charge, "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not promise that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that its information will always be current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARMA LLC, its members, and the festival organizers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your reliance on information published on it. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
